TERMS!

GENERAL
Upon ordering a commission, you automatically agree to the terms of service. You will only receive a digital file of the art that does not require physical shipping of any form.PAYMENTS
All payments will be through VGen payment system. I will start the commission only once the full payment has been sent.
- If needed, the commissioner can request a payment plan. In that case, I will begin working once the first milestone has been paid.REVISIONS
1-3 revisions are included with no additional charge during the updating window (1 week after finalization).DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Depending on which option, a commission can take up to 2 weeks to be completed, with updates if requested.USE
Unless stated otherwise, the commission is for personal use only. You cannot re-sell the artwork. I reserve the rights to the artwork and distribution. Commercial work can be commissioned with additional fees. Please credit the source of the art. I may use said this artwork for portfolio, resume or advertisement needs. I might post work in progress on my social media. If you want the piece to be made private, please notify beforehand.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All commission work shall not reproduce and/or otherwise used in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including without limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the work.REFUNDS
Cancellation must happen in a 48-hour window of purchasing commission to receive a full refund. If I am unable to complete commission due to personal reasons a full refund will be issued.COMMUNICATION
